Hi Fist, Cort-Bloc is a very good supplement. I recommend that you get it if you can afford it. Two capsules Gives you: Phosphatidylserine 200 mg It recommends that you take 4 capsules on workout days and 2 capsules on non-workout days. If this supplement is too expensive for you, I just get glutamine. Glutamine works well. ------------------ | ||

I wouldn't use an anti-cortisol, your body will eventually counteract by increasing cortisol (what happens when you take Cytadren). I would just use the glutamine. |
