What I mean is, where can I reliably get FRESH flaxseed oil. I like the taste of the fresh stuff. It is sooo disappointing when I buy a bottle at the local store and it tastes bad.

I have never known Flaxseed Oil to taste good. It's probably the worst tasting thing I have all day. I have never had problems with Barleans or Udo online.

I get the actual seeds from the health food store and mix it in with my oatmeal in the morning. Makes it taste better and I like the crunch.

what does flaxseed oil do? i've heard of it before and always wondered what it does.
