I have worked out most my life I have used creatine along with other chemicals to get big fast, I just started working out again and have been on creatine for about a month now. When I get done using creatine will I lose everthing that I gain, If so what is the point of taking it?? If anyone has any information for me it would be greatly apppreciated ![]() | ||

You won't lose everything. Creatine definitely increase your strength and helps to avoid injuries. If your stronger using it then naturally you'll lift more. So over time *you're* getting stronger, not the creatine. Muscles are in fact made up of mostly water, creatine helps to maintain a hydrated muscle. That's why you should use it. ![]() | ||

Creatine ain't no steroid. What it does for ME is let me churn out a few extra reps at higher intensity, and maybe a little bit more weight. THAT'S where the benefit will come from. ![]() | ||

Creatine increases strength letting you lift heavier-which breaks down your muscle making bigger muscles due tothe increased stress.When you stop , water will empty out of the muscles making them look less full and large,but you should have muscle growth due to the increased poundage in your lifting. ![]() |
