Has anyone tried the Russian Anabolic formula. The active ingredient is Ecdysterone, it is extracted from Rhaponticum carthamoides. It is supposed to increase protein synthesis by 190%!! It is used by the russian olypic lifting team, at the rate of .5mg/kg of body weight. Has anyone used this, I am very interested in the results.     | ||

Sounds like it has some of the same characteristics as Zebutol. Increased protein synthesis, and nitrogen retention. Never tried it, but I know zeb works. BTW, I saw your board name on Fina. Welcome to that board also. |
