i would like to know if i can take zinc(50mg) + magnesium(400 mg)from twinlab and still get the same effects of z-mass? any suggestion appreciated.     | ||

You won't have the B6 mixed in there at just the right proportion. Don't bother mixing your own when there are so many out there. |
