Is there anything I should look for when purchasing Flax oil? I saw one that said Cold Pressed Certified Organic Flax Oil. Is this one ok?     | ||

Sounds like you're on the right track. "Barleens" (I think that's the name) is supposed to be a good product. Make sure when you purchase it that it's been stored in a refridgerator and when you get it home it goes straight to the fridge. Also, be sure to shake it up LOTS before you use it. | ||
