I've been using the Vitamin World ZMA and like it but since GNC is having another Super Tues this month I figured I'd get it from there. Anyone have any experience with their Pro Performance supplements? Good? Bad? Ugly?     | ||

The GNC brand is alright, I have tried it twice. But I have found that Z-Mass Pm is much though. ------------------ | ||

I tried the ZMA from vitamin world, didn't notice much after 1.5 months. HAven't used properform. ZMA, but their creatine was good. | ||

Thanks guys. I had been using it for a while and thought it was doing well, but I've been using their "Extreme Orange" (of course an "Ultimate Orange" knock-off) and it seems to be pretty useless. That's why I was ready to switch from Vitamin World's ZMA, thinking it's not as effective as it could be. | ||

I take GNC's ZMA and its alot cheaper than Z-mass but Z-mass is definetly better. BUMP |
