well, i was a bad boy yesterday morning...went in an did precor for about 45 minutes...then couldnt help myself, i a buttload of widegrip chins...then, brace yourself, seated rows...very light weight...felt good then, got tight last night... took a xanax, did some coke, drank a bottle of cabernet.... slept 5 hours...now im back for more... | ||

fuckit JO, i'll go in on an ounce, i pay a grand for un-stepped on... just kidding...after how i feel this morning, the few hours of non-stop jibberish i was spouting (which all seemed so profound at the time) just wasn't worth it... plus my pee-pee didnt work | ||

a grand! that better be pure! $800 here. The in laws are coming for a visit and will be staying with us.. as well as our "son" .. maybe the weather will be nice enough and I can ride my bike to the beach and back to avoid the snowy tempations. | ||
