I was wondering if while on a heavy cycle and you got the g\f pregnant this would make the baby freaky big and alter its genetics or maybe increase the chances of it being male due to the higher test. Just a thought.

Nope. Gear affects skeletal muscle and has a negative affect on the endocrine system (basically... thats an oversimplification).
It has no bearing on genes and does not alter DNA in any form.

May not have to worry about that as test can make you temporarily sterile. MALE BIRTH CONTROL. YES!
