Had a little coffe before the gym, because I had to lift later than usuall, (visited a friend whoes moving to colorado), so trying to get tired...watched sports center this morning....olympics.....then I though....Damn I need help if I'm on here and I'm not even working... | ||

Try this: 10-12 egg whites, 2yolks 1 cup oatmeal(dry) 1 Banana artificial sweetner or cinn. to taste Blend this into batter and pour into a large pan. Cook on low temp for about 10-15min on stove. Yates first printed this recipe, then Nicole Bass ripped it off and printed it in Flex. You can also add protein powder if you like. Tastes good, like an agent shaggwell. | ||

My goal is not to out anyone, hell, I bet half of the "women" in chat rooms are guys posing as women. The girls on the board know who they are and the guys posing as girls know who they are. If some guy is getting off by posing as a girl here so be it. To each his/her (or whatever's) own. I just posted so you know I know and others will become more aware. | ||
