there are plenty of people I want to crack over the head with a 45lb plate at my gym, when one of those people start hovering around when Im trying to work out and give me dirty looks to hury up (they refuse to work in) I leave all the weights on whatever Im using and walk off when im done, if nobody is around pissing me off then I remove the shit and put it back, anyways its only Ballys so Im not worried about trying to be nice to the majority of the idiots there ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I usually leave 1 45lb plate on each side...What a shmuck...I hope that trainer said something to him, thats down right rude.
