Bro, It is going to be a little bit. If you want me to give you the entire thing. I work chest shoulder and tri's all the same day. You can use what I give you and just add more weight if you do not do shoulders on the same day. It's long bro, it will take me a while.

today was very boring for me to,i had to essays that i had to write for a law test that made me tired so i came home and slept,dam i hate school
