i don't know if this has been mentioned before, but here it is.. just go and look. click on a certain muscle (i.e. bicep) to see excercises and animated gifs too. i think it's a very good site to show to a newbie or a friend and get some inspiration just for yourself! oh, and keep this up if you like the site.. ------------------     | ||

OK, I checked it out. Not a bad site at all, lots of good info. Actually, I'll probably add it to my favorites just in case I ever want to check it out again. |
