Anyone have suggestions as to when the best time of day to inject sust and deca is? Should it always be X number of minutes or hours before or after a workout, or is any time ok.    | ||

It doesn't matter really. I like to inject in glutes or quads right before a leg workout to get the blood flowing around. ------------------  | ||

I inject at night. Most people like to inject inthe morning. I don't notice a difference. | ||

If you`re injecting Sus do it after a work out as it stings like hell, for me anyway, and you can`t train that body part for a couple of days after.  | ||

Just do it when you dog isnt around so he doesnt junp on you and you break the needle off in your leg umm that sucks LOL anytime works i like to do it before i take a hot shower ------------------ | ||
