just finished 300mg/wk deca cycle..is it okay to add 400mg of TC for 4 weeks or is it a waste?

You should have done it together. 4 weeks is to short a period for the ester that you have selected. If you had some test prop it would be better. Always use faster acting gear at end of cycle.
