I HAVE GOT A COUPLE OF E-MAILS LIKE THAT. I JUST DELETE THEM. THEY ARE USUALLY FROM AOL ACCOUNTS.

Im not interested in the names, but what do they say?
Be straight up and ask them if they are affiliated or work with a law enforcement agency of any kind, then see what they say.
