last year I gained 16lbs in three days...I binged too much...this year, I wanna stay a lot leaner.... enjoy the summer months a little more... how was your show? how did you do? | ||

I've never competed. Would take alot of work for that. I have gained 10 in 2 days and lost 5 at one work out. |
