I am really impressed with many of the board member's knowlege regarding ergogens and training. I rarely post but have been reading this board long enough to appreciate those of you who really know their stuff (you know who you are). My question is regarding ephedrine; Why does my mouth dry out and I seem to get a white film around my lips 30 min after ingestion? I'm assuming its a sympathetic nervous resonse but want a deeper explanation. Thanks     | ||

It's like any stimulant/drug. I drink expresso evrey morning and it dries my mouth to a wafer due to the caffine. As far as the science behind it..I hope someone answers but it seems to be a normal thing with people I know...drink water...chew sugar-free gum or something. cheers | ||

I 've had water from my mouth on my bed while sleeping but foam whoa I would quit everything if that would happen to me. lol |
