i just got my nolvadex and clomid....just in time cause my cycle will end in a week. i just want to know if i am doing this right... i am taking 20mg of nolvadex everyday i was wondering how long i should take these doses for....or if i should change the dosage? THANKS!     | ||

As far as the clomid, I do 150mgs the first day then 50mgs every day for 3 weeks. The Nolv, I've yet to have to use it. I don't think you'll need both at the same time though. But I guess that depends on your cycle maybe. | ||

if you are feeling hardened tissue then you have gyno already and no amount of nolva will make it go away-if you are just puffy and sore then I would 40mg/day for a week and then cut down to 20mg/day for the next two weeks-nolva also helps with test production especially with clomid. ------------------ |
