Why? You are cutting. I would do cardio 3 days a week. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I try to keep my cardio work down to once every 4-5 years....but if I were you I would stop all cardio while trying to bulk up ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hell, I do cardio 2 or 3 days a week even when I bulk, so I'd say "Hell Yes!" to cardio during a cutter. I feel that a good diet & cardio are the backbone of cutting, of course with some type of AS.....don't wanna lose that beloved LBM, now do we. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
