hey- I'm currently about 5'9 185, with some pretty good mass. I justed started a cutting cycle of Eq,Fina, and maybe some t-3. I need some thoughts about my diet i'm looking to get an harder vascular look:breakfast: 6-10 eggwhites 1 slice of wheat bread 1 or 2 lean turkey sausage low carb protein shake 1 table spoon of flat seed oil lunch: lean ground turkey and tomato sauce or turkey burgers or grilled chicken 4 to 6 eggwhites mid afternoon: protein shake or protein bar dinner: lean ground turkey and tomato sauce or turkey burgers or grilled chicken sometimes-4 to 6 more eggwhites later evening: protein shake or fruit A few questions- is there too much protein in this diet? Do i have enought fat here? B/c most of the meat is lean. How is the carb intake? I want to get tigher and more vascular. will this diet work. Usually on sunday have a cheat day. let me know what you think thanks ------------------ Always Ready

ill bump it for ya bro..... at least 1.5 if not 2 grams of protein for each pound you have, i am 260, so i try for at least 400 on a bad day, besides, eat clean and take in less carbs, maybe even load and drop, 400grams first day, 300, 200, 100, then up, shock ur body, it was taught to me recently and i am gonna try it

If thats what your eating then your CHO is to low. Your CHO are coming from 1 slice of bread, a low CHO protein shake, and a piece of fruit. Thats it! Add in a bake potato(sp) or some complex carbs or something. Your protein and fat looks good, but try some variety in your diet. Switch it up. Your going to get very tired of eating the same shit over and over. Trust me!!!Where are your vegetables??? They contain a lot of nutrients thats needed for the body, and they are also low in Kcals, and high in fiber. But If i was you I would write down what you eat daily, and asked a friend to see how you look(your muscles) I know when I cut my CHO back, I became flat, and i didnt' even notice it. Good luck, if you need any other advice about your diet feel free to drop me a line. Peace.

More fruit and vegis with complex carbs. I "graze" all day long at my desk and it seems to have helped.

Dude you can e-mail me if you want and I'll send you my schedule for leaning out..turkey sausage...tomatoe sauce that stuff has to go...you need like some yams and potatoes..brown rice and stuff. Loss the turkey burgers and go for chicken..less salt. Need some complex carbs or your muscles will feel and could look flat. I'm not good at gear but am with food. I'm your weight and I will show you what worked for me. I hope I can help you. Gotta go right now so I don't have time to post my daily intake for doing what you want...so email me and I'll give it you tonight after training.
