centrum is crappy...the are expensive and coat thier vitamins with wax so you dont get barely anything from it....go with source of life..or twinlab daily two or one... | ||

Metagenics is what I use and as a doc (DC) I can get anything vitamin wise. These are da kin. Also, check my post to g-zilla on march 26th about vitamins and anti-oxidents for good info. | ||

GNC Mega-Man Multi Vitamin/Mineral tablets. If you buy 2 you get the second half price. The amounts are pretty close to other top brands as weel....take 2 everyday. | ||
