You stand up on it. It has ski pole type things. Your arms move back and forth. Your feet are on a grip and they move in a circular motion and can go backwards and forwards. Any ideas? ------------------     | ||

Yeah that is probably the new 2001 elliptical trainer. It is if it inclines. If it doesn't incline than it is the new lifefitness crosstrainer. But really, it would be easier to just go and read the label. -deify |
