I am confused and hope that someone can help... I have used Yohimbe in the past but I see a lot of talk about Yohimbine...

Is it also over the counter or is yohimbine an A/S...?

What is the difference between the two?

check out the womens board or the diet board. Macrophage69alpha posted alot there on yohimbine HCl. Thats just for cosmetic or research use.
