Anyone have any good tips on getting more strength in my chest. That is one of my weakest bodyparts. I have tried numerous things. I did 275 for a couple tonight. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

This is a great question, My chest and back are weak compared to my arms, traps and shoulders. It is very hard to isolate my chest also. I have found flyes to be effective and I rarely flat bench, usually incline and decline. Let me know what you find out, good luck and thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Work on tris. They grow much faster than chest. I do close grip bench and heavy french press. This make my tri react well. The more my tris grow and strengthen the stronger my chest gets. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. try benching with your shoulder blades together, it's awkward at first but once you lock in mentally on your pec's, you'll see the difference! ![]() ![]() ![]()
