Yesterday was my last cap. I did great the first 4 days and then the final 3 I ate ice cream and bread...dammit!!! Hopefully I still lose a good amount of weight after the water retention subsides. How long should I wait till my next one? ------------------     | ||

many people do 7 days on, 7 days off (usually on eca or clen), then back to dnp and so on and so forth. some people I have seen do longer ones, but I can't b/c I start to get bloody noses towards the end of it. ------------------ |
