Not really sure anymore where to do it... Been seeing alot of different things...I am in the process of getting cut(10% bf) so i dont have a great peak... I measured around the mid bicep... and the upper bicep... The upper bicep was about .5" more than the lower... Where do i measure it?     | ||

i alwayz measure at the highest point...that way I get consistency when i measure the next time ------------------ |
