im about to get off my first cycle in 2 weeks, ill post my results later. I was just curious should i workout just as intensely? Or workout lighter? Ive heard after a cycle your body is in a catabolic state, so working out lighter is the solution or more intense? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Try to keep your strengh up by lifting the same weight you were lifting while on, just do less sets and don't do any intensity boosters like drop sets or giant sets or forced reps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
