I can not stand this. Ive been eating more, taking these protien shakes and i have gained nothing after 4 months. (btw im 17, 5'10 61kg male) So im going for the body buliding strategy now. But i still wanna try some more supplements to help. I keep seeing these liver pills which are Equivalent to 10,000 mg of liver per tablet. Would liver help build you up? Thanks and Gooodbye ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

just as I said in your post on the chat board - more info is needed - what does your current workout and eating schedule look like? the liver pills aren't what you need. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Rule number one: Don't buy into supplement hype...They are worthless money vacumes that will leave you empty...in the muscle department and in the money department. Food is the best anabolic. If you want to grow you must eat to grow. How much do you know about proper bidybuilding diet? You're young so I assume not nearly enough. Learn about DIET and you will grow. Ask specific questions here and you will be supplied with loads of valuble real world knowledge. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the number one thing you can do is get 1-3g of protein per lb of lean body mass. the next thing you can do, when you stop seeing gains from the protein, is creatine. each/both of those will get you a long way and surprizingly fast since you are young. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
