Is it normal to bleed a little more from a delt injection? I did not pull back any blood, but it did bleed more than I am used to with quad or glute.    | ||

i've experienced that same thing before. i'm not completely sure, but don't think it's really a big deal. you might have just pulled in an odd way or something.  | ||

dude, go in from the top (pin pointing to floor). Just trace your clavical and continue in that line for 1.5 to 2". That is where you stick. I get very little bleeding when I do it that way. |
