The tendonitis in my elbows gets worse when I start my cycle. Can I use Deca for pain relief? If so what dosage. My cycle is: If I added 100/wk of Deca would that be enough to help me with my joints?? Thanks for any help you can give. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am currently taking 300mg a week of deca,And I havent noticed any joint relief.That is just my personal experience,everyone is different though,it may really help you. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think it will help. I took it originally at just 50mgs and I felt 100% pain relief and I have MAJOR ankle joint problems. I'm a female so maybe that has a role if I can feel it at 50 then I would think you'd feel it at 100... I'd go for it, give it a few weeks and it will help big time. ![]() Good luck! Yep, Deca always helps my joint pain (elbow / knee). I can't say what the minimum dosage would be for relief (everyone is different). I usually use 400-600mg per week.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

my knees are pretty shot from years of running. my right leg has misaligned bones so the knee is always giving me problems. while I was on my deca and sust cycle, I could lift more on my knee b/c it didn't hurt. then I came off and now my knee is worthless and I can barely squat plates without my knee feeling like it is going to explode. deca and sust did make my shoulders hurt like hell. which is a shame b/c I learned that upright rows work great for me, but my shoulders would ache too bad after that shit... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Deca positively works for me for joint pain, I use 500mg a week for 10wks on and ten weeks off, solely for the purpose of holding some water in the joints, I personnaly feel that this is the only legit use for deca, it sucks for all other uses. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

True does help joint and fiber tissue by surrounding it with water, but guess what. So does any test. You can get the same results from using test. Test makes the body retain water also. It is no only retained in the stomach where most people see it. It encapsulates the muscles, joints, and fibre tissues also. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

At an absolute minimum, 200mg per week but preferably 300-400mgs. Also through in some of that chrondtoitin/glucosamine and you'll be good to go in at least 3 weeks. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

NUBAIN, but if you don't want to go that route, Physical Therapy taught me that if I relaxe my arm, and kind of shake it and pull on it alittle bit it allows fluids to move into your joints which DOES give me some comfort. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
