I just read an interview with a top bodybuilder and he says he likes to use osmotics instead of diuretics(sp), because osmotics pull water from a celluar level, while diuretics pull water from everywhere. So I did a search on osmotics and there were no matches. What in the hell are osmotics     | ||

never heard of them. osmosis is when something is absorbed across a membrane - usually the cell membrane. so it sounds like it is pull the water out via the membrane - how it does this, not sure since I haven't heard of this before. sounds like it is something topically applied to remove the water instead of an injected or oral diuretic. ------------------ | ||
