My resting heart rate is around 80, and normal resting is I think around 60. I've asked the doc about this before and they've said that it isn't that unusual and people taht are active can have higher heart rates. Well I don't do any cardio so I don't think I fit that category. what does it mean physiologically whaen u have a high rate? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

if you have a high resting heart rate, it means that you don't do enough cardiovascular exercises, or it could just be a side effect of the gear you are taking... my normal resting HR is around 54-60... it depends though... if I take a ripped fuel(which obviously has ephedrine in it which is a beta 2 agonist), it will increase my HR, BP, and respiratory rate... that's what Beta-2's do... I wouldn't worry too much about your situation... RJ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your resting heart rate is not that high; normal is in the 70's - 80. The more cardio you do and the more fit you are the lower it will be; most athletes are 60 and lower - marathoners etc... are around 48 - 50's. You have nothing to worry about, if you want to lower it do cardio 3x week for at least 30 min. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
