I live in Texas and i am pretty sure that Nolvadex, HCG, and T3 are not controlled substances here. So how do i go about getting them? Just walk into a pharmacy and tell them i want it? Or do you still have to have a Rx?

I want to take T3 to cut with, i have some Synthroid (T4) but there is conflicting opinions on the board about it's effectivness and whether it is safe or not. Could anyone clear this up for me?
