i should be asking this question on the training message board, but this is the most frequented board so i thought i'd come here. when doing decline press for chest do the elbows stay tucked in, or do they come out? thanks ![]() | ||

This is just my Opinion but Declines are shit, but if you insist on doing then the closer you tuck in your elbows the less of your tricep used ------------------ ![]() | ||

Keep you elbows in. Find the grip you like and put keep your forearm (from your writs to your elbows) vertical with the floor. Thats what works for me. ![]() |
