if yes why? and what would u suggest for dosage? i'm 220 5'11 and i'm looking to gain a few more pounds and really lean up! i've been doing 18iu's 3days on one day off using the water that comes with it --is this good or bad i dont want my forhead bigger then my chest and i dont want my heart to blow up!
