Anticort(currently awaiting FDA approval)is a new drug being tested for high cortisol illnesses such as AIDS. The active ingredient in it is stabilised Procaine HCL, which is also the active ingredient in the anti-aging supplement GH-3 which can be bought online. Any thoughts? This is interesting, especially with all of the clinical evidence that procaine INCREASES ACTH, cortisol and prolactin secretions. A simple PUBMED or MEDLINE search for "procaine" and "cortisol" will give you several studies showing this effect. I am slightly skeptical, if you can't tell. | ||
