I'm blessed to have wednesday afternoons free and it is one of my rest days...So I nap. It's fuckin great. I take my rest seriously I guess. The little things we can do to optimize results often go over looked. Been incorperating napping on wednesdays and sundays into my routine and I feel fantastic. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
