looks good but you need to add some to the back routine such as bent over and one arm rows every other week switch off and also dumbell curls as opposed to BB. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You need to switch your workouts up everytime, I couldn't do the same workouts. Besides allowing you to hit the muscles at diffrent angles, it prevents burnout. Unless you only have limited equipment, in that case it looks good. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i guess im confused, i wanted to do heavy compound exercises while i was"on" to try and mass up, before i started cutting. i was going to switch the workout once the cycle was over, and go back to changing my routine every 3 weeks as i used to do. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

yes BB's always switch no matter what actually the muscles grow by 'confusing' them also as far as back is concerned picture it as a tree. you have lower, width and thickness (mid). if your starting with pulldowns change either the grip of the exercise every other time than come down to mid starting with rows finally lower either hyper extentions or deadlifts..boom your done. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
