Hey there...have a syringe loaded with 1CC B12 and 1CC Tren. 1 is oil, and the other water. Can I still inject?

I have allways heard no. U dont want to mix oil and water in same injection. If this is wrong, someone will correct me here.

Yes you can go ahead and inject it. Make sure there is not too many air bubbles in the syringe, from where you tried shaking it (if you did). But yes you can. Some people mix an oil based with Suspension to ease the pain so this will be fine also.
