Taraxatone is good stuff..not as powerful as prescription diuretics,but good.No reason not to use it to rid a little water. ------------------  | ||

not just b/c im under contract with cytodyne, but i actually use it for the 3 days of carb loading before the show, its a lot more milder then maxide diazide other otc diuretics but still works well, for me anyway | ||

It's some of the best stuff that you will find at a nutrition store, but I have found it only yeilds good results if you're pretty lean already. If you have about 15%BF, it doesn't seem to show results as well as if you about 8%BF. ------------------ | ||

I will keep your water down as it is a mild duretic. Used it for a photo shoot with good results. If you want to see its effects work to the fullest, you need to have a low bf%. | ||

I've used Taraxatone after a cycle and it doesn't work that effectively. I would recommend stacking it with Herbal Dandelion or with ABSOLUTE NUTRITION POTASSIUM SPARING WATERSHED it's a Super Diuretic Formula. I'm using it know. It works great with Taraxatone. |
