Apologies in advance for the crudness of the following question. I've just started my 1st Deca cycle and as such have started consuming copious amounts of protein with it. As a result my shits are larger than life. I mean everytime I go to the loo it feels like I'm having a baby! Is this the excess protein, does anyone else get this? ![]() | ||

Buy generic metamusil natural flavor. It says laxitive, but it's just fiber. Just toss a teaspoon in with your protein. You won't taste it and it adds a nice texture to an already lumpy shake. ![]() | ||

Get a fibre-based product such as Metcmucil or something with Psyllium Fiber in it. Or, as an alternative, get something called Colace - its a stool softener. Drink a LOT of water as well. ![]() | ||

Eat more oatmeal and get some flax seed oil. Eating 1 to 3 Tbsp of oil a day seems to keep me "lubed" up. ![]() |
