MS told me that protein is midly thermogenic. Could someone enlighten me as to what degree of thermogenic it is? (eg. how many calories of the ingested ones are burned in digestion?) 10%? 15%? 99? ![]() Whatever... "Thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
