I'm thinking about completely cutting down on food consumption so that I can maximize the results. I know I'll be tired as fuck and feel shitty but if I'm gonna feel that way anyways, might as well go balls out. I'm thinking of this: Breakfast: 3 eggs w/cheese I'll also be training 4 days during my 7 day DNP period and doing 10 minutes of cardio a day- I'm not even going to attempt 20 So is that too little of an amount of food? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Looks pretty clean but you dont want your body to eat your hard earned muscle... keep your diet at 1800-2000 cal. I have cycled DNP before. I didnt have a problem at all with my cardio. Aside wiping the sweat from my brow and out of my eyes! Make sure to shower three times a day at least. And Drink lots of H20! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

For the lags try adding some insulin. Been told it works wonders. I'm doing a DNP cycle in the next couple of weeks and will add insulin to cover the blahs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
