First show is April 21st In Cincinnati,Ohio Second show is April 28th West Virgina Third show May 5th Pittsburgh, Pa. Fourth show May 12th Northern Ohio. I know this is some crazy shit doing 4 shows in a row. I'm gunning for the Pittsburgh show the most. I'm 5'7" 39 years old 175# BF today around 7% This is my secon year competing. Only did 3 shows last year and they were spaced out a bit more. I'm hope to hold this weight and just drop fat in the next 4 weeks. I want to be the top of the middle weight class. I want to, but still lack the abs to do it. Overall I am ripped and huge. My abs are just not ready for it. I will be ready this summer (I hope). I will do the Mr. _______ (state, prefer not to say which). I need to post pics when I do a photo shoot in the next 3 weeks and let you guys see if I am ready or not. Peace ------------------ | ||
