Just started working out after a 5 year lay off and the first night in the gym I threw on the same weight as I left off at to see if I could still do it, was 225 and was going to do it for 10 I did it 8 times and couldnt do anymore to make a long story short I went on with the rest of my chest/tri workout , the next morning and week I hurt like a SoB but every monday after that I cant even do 135 for 10, There is no pain now just no strength was wondering if I should go to a doc or just see if time will tell or what any advice will be appreciated thanks bros ![]() |
