Im looking to find a neck harness (head harness with chain..to strengthen the neck) but am having a hard time finding one..Anyone know of a good online site that sells accessories like this? Also does anyone use a neck harness??

here is one for $39.00 seems to have everything u mentioned.

goto "accessories" will redirect then "strap attachments". about halfway down.
