I like heavy weight with 6 to 8 reps on chest, shoulders, and tris. These are the mass sets. I like slow controled sets with bis, with cheater curls once a week. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I don't train much differently. I do heavy work...1-6 reps usually. Compound movts, just the basics. squat, bench, deadlift, clean & press, st bar curls, close grips, chins, barbell rows, squats, zearcher squats, stiff-leggs, incline bench. I mainly find that I can train longer and maintain my strength better. I can do more sets with the same intensity with little to no problem. B True ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I train basiclly the same it works great for me! However, the level of intensity changes which in effect makes the work out a whole new ball game! Mass Monster ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I train alot different when "on" and "off". Intensity, type of exercises ect. I'm a big fan of drop sets. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

For me, I will go with heavy weight 6-8 reps for upper body and for legs as much weight as I can handle for 15-20 reps. My legs respond to higher reps/medium heavy weight. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
