That is one thing i have to really keep an eye on in my training.It seems like only a matter of weeks and boom,they tend to overide my whole shoulder development. I think it was Cormier who said once that he has to train traps pretty much low key coz they literally grow like weeds in no time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have that problem from years of focusing on cleans, snatches and deadlifts. It's really hard to find dress shirts that fit. I read that your neck size should be the same as your upper arm measurements. That is definately not my ratio, though it has gotten alot better since I scrapped the Olympic lifting and focused on bodybuilding. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I've been asked how I got my traps so big, and I don't know if this is true but when I learned how to really flex them you can target the muscle better in your workout. I tried to teach some people to flex them without shrugging their shoulders, but some people can only learn to flex one. It takes some practice. Try that to make em grow. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Mine grow just by looking at them. I'm female, and my shoulders are really big all over. I have to buy clothes 1 or 2 sizes up so that I can get my shoulders in. I like it, just wish my arms would grow in proportion with them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
