Just wanted to introduce myself to the best board on the net. I'm 25 5'11" 220lbs and have been working out for 7 years. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable when it comes to a.s. since I have been around them most of my weightlifting career. I see that there are plenty of well educated people on here, and look forward to everyones' opinions and I will try to share things that I have experienced also.
